These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the antonionarra.io website (the "Site"). By using the Site, the user agrees to accept them in full.
1. Purpose
The Site is the personal and professional website of «Antonio Narra» and serves informational and educational purposes, including presenting projects, articles and training courses.
2. Intellectual property
The Site's content (text, graphics, logo, layout, source code and course materials) is owned by the Controller or the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, without written authorization is prohibited.
3. Courses and external links
Courses may be delivered through third-party platforms (for example Udemy). Purchase and use of the courses are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. The Site may contain links to external sites: the Controller has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content.
4. Newsletter, contact and comments
Newsletter subscription and messages sent via the contact form are voluntary. The user undertakes to provide truthful data and not to submit unlawful, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
By posting comments on the blog, the user is solely responsible for the content published and grants the Controller a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish it on the Site. The Controller reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove, at its own discretion and without notice, comments deemed inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or irrelevant.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site's content is provided "as is", without warranties of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The Controller is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.
6. Service availability
The Controller does not guarantee the continuity or uninterrupted operation of the Site and reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue it at any time, without notice.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation and performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torino, without prejudice to the consumer's forum where applicable.
8. Changes
The Controller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top indicates the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
